TEFLONŽ PTFE/FEP/PFA LINED COMPONENTS IN REPLACEMENT OF MS GLASS LINED COMPONENTS
|
TEFLONŽ
PTFE lined dip and inlet pipes
are used to insert into highly corrosive process media in a vessel or a
column. We are offering both dip tubes and inlet pipes. They can be solid
or lined made of paste extruded TEFLONŽ -PTFE.
Various requirements for dip pipes or inlet pipes have led to a wide range
of products
Available items
are:
- Maximum length of 20' (6000mm), seamless 10' (3000mm)
- Diameter up to 24" (600 mm)
- Variable length inlet pipe (allows the adjustment of the
exact location of the inlet)
- Bent inlet pipes to reach below an agitator
- With or without steel body
- Variety of spray nozzles (please contact us)
- Increased steel wall thickness for use in agitated vessels.
|
| Dimension of the inlet pipe is chosen according to the
necessary flow rates and can be determined by the customer. Our
experienced engineers are ready to guide you in the
selection.
Advantages and benefits:
- Maximum operational life because only paste extruded
TEFLONŽ -PTFE is used
- Increase of operational life by using seamless liners for
dip tubes and inlet pipes
- No risk of dip pipe breakage due to flex fatigue
- Easy installation, because the PTFE cannot easily break
glass vessels or columns
- No product contamination caused by mechanical failures (flex
fatigue)
- Easy exchange of process condition
- No risk of product adhesion to
TEFLONŽ PTFE surface
- Minimized cleaning during process changes (nothing will
adhere to PTFE surface)
- Easy exchange of corrosive
product (after light cleaning of TEFLONŽ since TEFLONŽ has non stick
property for any other material and zero erosion.
- Easy exchange of nozzles (PTFE thread does not clump or
corrode)
