Safety and Reliability

Our specially designed TEFLON^® FEP PFA lined Plug valves are applicable for controlling the flow of most corrosive chemicals at very high temperature up to 220°C. Plug valves are available up to 5 ways directions. All multi way plug valves are available with a broad selection of various types of plugs in adjustment of complex piping systems. Our Plug valves are assured for quality performance, just zero maintenance with a longer service life. Ultimately this satisfies process and mass transfer requirements.

Advantages and Design Features

Safe and versatile valve for reliable shut-off and throttling services

Specially designed dovetails grooves lock the TEFLON^® FEP / PFA lining to the metal body casting to avoid blow out or linear collapse.

Highly excellent performance in full vacuum resistance.
TEFLON® FEP / PFA lining 3.2 mm for highest performance with safety.
No body cavity space, no retention of process media. Therefore, media cleanliness and consistent product quality is assured.

Lining thickness is at least 3 mm
for highest safety requirements

Optimal external tightness because of two independent sealing systems (primary and secondary sealing principle)
Maximal internal tightness because of optimized sealing areas
Minimal maintenance because of adjusting screws
CIP, GMP and US FDA-conformity

Two-way design

Four and five-way design

Materials

TEFLON^® Plug valves are available in ductile iron 0.7043 acc. to EN-JS1049 (GGG 40.3) and low carbon steel (LCB) or S.S. 316, 304, or any other MOC.

Standard plug core material:
DN 32 resp. NPS 1¼: Steel 1.0570 (1.0727)
From DN 40 resp. NPS 1½: Ductile iron 0.7043 acc. to EN-JS1049 (GGG 40.3) or steel (1.0570/1.0727).
All plugs are either FEP or PFA lined.

Valve lining materials:

Temperature Range

FEP: - 40 °C to + 160 °C)
PFA: - 40 °C to + 200 °C)
