Features
Manufacturing capacity of stirrer (designed) up to
30.00 KL M.S Glass lined or any other MOC vessel with desired RPM.
Stirrer shaft is ram extruded TEFLON® PTFE heat
shrinkage sleeved and propeller part is injection moulded heavy duty
interlocked TEFLON® FEP / PFA lined.
Testing - spark tested to detect any cracks or pin
holes at 10 KVA
Temperature cycle test
Spark test
Visual inspection
to ensure all finished lined shaft and propeller joints are totally free
from manufacturing defect.
